Christopher is a lighting designer based on the north side of Chicago.  Specializing in theatrical lighting, Chris also designs occasionally for dance, concerts, and events.  Chris frequently designs for Redtwist Theatre, where he is the resident lighting designer.  Chris has also designed for other great companies including Bohemian Ensemble (BoHo), NightBlue Theatre, Tooth & Nail Theatre, Disciples of Clyde Productions, Mythic Proportions Theatre, Thunder and Lightning Ensemble, The Goodman, Protolight, Northeastern Illinois University, DePaul University, various high schools, and more.

When Christopher isn’t designing, he is still working in the industry.  He freelances as a stagehand and electrician throughout Chicago.  Chris has worked with and for many great companies and venues, including (in no particular order) Lookingglass, Apollo, Museum of Contemporary Art, Northshore Center for the Performing Arts, About Face, Dance Chicago, Northbrook Parks District, Marriott Lincolnshire, Chamber Opera Chicago, Greasy Joan & Company, Barbizon Lighting, Chicago Stagehand, Protolight, Lumen Siccum, DePaul University, Horseshoe Casino, Apple Tree, National Pastime, Next, Profiles, Redmoon, Stage Left, Theatre Building, Trap Door, and Leg Productions.

Chris is a graduate of The Theatre School at DePaul University.  He also freelances as an event and portrait photographer.
